I. Application :

CHX-(JZ) container style series resonance test device fixes all the test equipment of series resonance test device in several containers, integration design of observe and control cabinet and complete test equipment,connecting test line and power distribution box aims to clipper transport, quick connect for test, convenient for maintenance and installation for the test equipment which greatly reduce labour intensity and suitable for field operation

II. Scope of Application

• Transformer induced withstand voltage and PD test.
• 500KV and below class CVT calibration test ;
• AC hipot test for HV CT/switch/bushing of 220KV class and below
• AC voltage withstand test for GIS ,GIL and cables of no more than 220KV class

III. Kinds of solution

• Container style 220kv transformer voltage withstand and complete equipment of partial discharging test
• Container style 220kv high voltage GIS variable frequency series resonance test equipment.
• Container style high voltage XLPE cable variable frequency resonance test equipment.
• Container style HV transformer, CVT field calibration equipment.

Note:part of them can be designed as hydraulic electric telescopic due to the size of the equipment.

IV. Basic layout of containers

• Observe&control room: includes observe and control unit,eg.controlling cabinet or computer,peak value meter, partial discharging instrument,etc.
• HV test equipment integration zone: including variable frequency power source(partial discharging or general),HV(partial discharging) excitation transformer,HV test reactors, HV capacitance voltage divider.
• Power distribution units:involves lightning,air-conditioning of controlling room, power distribution loop of observe&control room.
• Warehouse district of test attachment:involves warehouses of external test connecting line,attachment and tools for testing&installation.
• Electric hydraulic propelling plat can be used for some parts of specification thus making device in HV zones stretch out or move back into cabin automatically
