33KV High Quality Porcelain Material Pin Type Insulator

Insulators are a special type of insulation control that can play an important role in overhead transmission lines. In the early years, insulators were mostly used for telephone poles. They were slowly developed at the end of high-type high-voltage wire connection towers. A lot of disk-shaped insulators were hung on it. It was designed to increase the creepage distance. Insulators should not fail due to various electromechanical stresses caused by changes in environmental and electrical load conditions, otherwise the insulators will not have a significant effect and will damage the use and operating life of the entire line.

Porcelain surface generally painted white glaze, brown glaze, according to the need to draw other glaze. The surface of iron cap and steel foot is all hot-dip galvanized. The push-pull type elastic locking pin of ball-type connection has two types: w-type and r-type, both of which are made of tin bronze, brass and austenitic stainless steel. Grooved cylindrical and hunchback cotter pins, the former having a hot zinc surface and the latter made of brass. The elastic locking pin, cylinder pin and other parts are supplied with complete sets of products.
