1. The insulation part use high aluminum porcelain C130 , glaze color grey , brown or white ,or customer's specification .

2. Metal cap are made of density ductile iron ,every pieces of cap are tested qualified with magnetic powder method . metal pins are made of forged steel ,all the metal fittngs covered a layer of hot-dip zinc coating .

3. The insulator shape are special , it is triple sheds , this kind of design can provide excellent electrical performance than normal fog type insulators ,and if the service area with strong wind , this type of design can decrease wind force and keep the transmission line safe .

4. We tested each piece of insulators by routine test , test items shown below :

routine tension load strength test , which will apply 50% of rate mechanical strength withstand 1 minutes .
