Anti Twisting Galvanized Braided Steel Wire Rope Overhead Conductor Stringing

Anti twisting steel rope is specially braided from 12 strands of high strength, high flexible galvanized steel wire. The braided steel strand has high flexibility, complete stability to rotation under tension force.

It can homogeneously distribute the pressure between the elementary wires. The special rope can increase efficiency during the overhead transmission line stringing work. The rope is packed in steel drum which can be installed directly on the reel winder of puller.

Anti-twisting braided pilot wire rope with high strength hot dip galvanized steel quality air processed by the special process of special woven rope line. It has high strength, good flexibility, corrosion rust-proof, not to fight the golden hook, and difficult to tie, long life and so on. Tension applied to pay-off power lines construction, lifting equipment with the balance shaft and the tail rope of mine, port and other major lift crane wire rope does not rotate when the required place.

Packed in 950mm diameter steel drum.

8 strands of anti twisting steel wire rope is normally used on braiding small diameter rope, for pulling OPGW or single conductors.

12 Strands Anti twisting braided steel wire rope

Most of our anti twisting steel wire rope are braided in 12 strands, with high flexibility and strength.

26mm rope is braided from 18 strands of 1X29T galvanized wire, 600 meter/drum

Packed in 1500mm diameter steel drum.

18 strands of ant-twisting rope are used in big diameter rope braiding machines, they are used for pulling high strength conductores on super-high voltage transmission lines.
